- Is this service free?
Storing your registered email for one year is absolutely free. We only
raise a small fee if you want us to store your registered emails longer than one
month. There are also additional services for which you have to purchase a ticket.
In case you need a written and signed document from us we raise a fee.
- Can I buy a ticket after I already send an email?
Yes, you can purchase tickets at any time and use them for your registered emails.
Technical
- Why can I not delete my registered email?
Under no circumstances will REWpost.com allow users to delete any registered emails
at ANY time. Once a email gets registered it stays on our server and can not be
deleted.
Legal
- The legal authorities in my country need a written and signed document,
can you help me?
In many countries you will need a written and signed document (Court, Magistrate,
etc.) from the postal provider (in this case REWpost.com) in order to proceed with
an accusation or to attest your registered email. Contact us
and we will send you all needed papers, signed.
- Has this service legal status in my country?
Email is admitted as evidence in many court proceedings all over the world. Since
we act as an authority in between you and the email receipients, your emails has
registered character.
